The white truffle is one of the finest products of italian cuisine, and it is born and grown on the Monferrato hills. His intense fragrance and his pleasant taste recognize it as the most precious variety of truffle. It is only found in late summer, autumn and the very beginning of winter, under logs of oaks trees, willow trees, lime trees and poplar trees.
